At the time of booking: We will either ask for a cheque deposit for the first night of your stay or for credit/debit card details to secure the room. Nothing is charged to your card unless you cancel and we are unable to re-let your accommodation.Following the booking of your accommodation: Cancellation at anytime would result in loss of the deposit cheque or the first night’s accommodation being charged for – unless the booking is re-let.
Cancellation of a booking within the two weeks prior to arrival: This will result in all accommodation being charged for – minus any nights where the rooms are re-let. If the rooms are re-let at a lesser tariff due to reduced occupancy then the difference will be charged for.
In order to protect yourselves in the case of cancellation we would recommend you seek advice about travel insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.
